Brett is a conservationist that started his career in ecotourism as a wildlife guide, before moving onto sustainability roles at Wilderness Safaris and later Standard Bank. Brett founded ICA to create a robust mechanism to attract capital into verified and measured positive impact investments.

Philip is a business minded and sustainability orientated practitioner with 15 years of EHS & Sustainability related consulting experience across southern Africa. He is an enthusiastic project manager known for driving on-the-ground sustainability, whilst managing people and resources to deliver on time, within budget and to expectations.

Kim Porteous

Associate Sustainability Assurance & Verification

Kim is driven by the desire for positive and measurable impact. This has been pursued through her career of >10 years in sustainability and strategic social investment assurance and advisory consulting with KPMG supplemented with experience in conservation project implementation, funding and investment.
